a word for David's Bridal
Let's be clear - David's Bridal is no Kleinfeld. The stores are dreary, the salesladies are pushy, and the dresses are usually uninspired at best. Even though the thought of a trip to this chain store may make you queasy, don't write it off just yet. They have many locations throughout the 50 states and their prices are certainly some of the most palatable you will find in your search for a dress. I don't often find myself browsing their collections, but on a recent stop by their site, I was pleased to see some dresses with real potential. Here are some of my favorites...

See what I mean? I wouldn't cringe while watching any of my friends or family walk down the aisle in one of these dresses. Instead, I probably would find myself beaming proudly at their superior taste! These dresses range from about $150 - $1,000. With prices like that, tailoring or customization to make these dresses fit perfectly on your body and with your personal style is no hardship at all. I'm really glad David's Bridal seems to be broadening their range of styles to meet all tastes - not everyone can afford a 2,000 or 3,000 dollar gown. Now, just because I like you, here is a bonus dress. Enjoy!
